GenuBank's new mobile app is now available for use by all GenuBank clients with Online Banking accounts. To get started, download the app from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).

If you are not already enrolled in Online Banking and wish to sign up, contact us and we'll be glad to help.

Getting Started

  • Be enrolled in Online Banking or ask for help with enrollment
  • Have a compatible mobile phone running an up-to-date version of Android or iOS
  • Download the app from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS)
  • Log in with your Online Banking credentials and accept our Online Access Agreement

FAQS

Q: What is my Mobile Banking username and password?

A: It will always be the same as your Online Banking username and password.

Q: Does the app support biometrics?

A: Yes. If your device supports biometrics like Touch ID, Face ID, or an equivalent feature, you will have the option to enable it during initial login. You can always change this setting later.
